Files and materials for the Interlakes Telecommunications Proposal submitted by DSU to the Rural Development Telecommunications Network (RDTN). Upon acceptance into the RDTN in 1992, DSU became a part of the statewide network that offered two-way interactive video and audio telecommunications for business conferences and educational activities.
